Since its new , they told that they gonna totally replace my device with new unit from singapore. I didnt have hope that i ll get my phone so soon, all credit goes to Mr. Rumesh who works there. I contacted him through customer care hotline and he handled my issue and helped alot to get my phone back within the said time. Iam very much thankful for his service. If u go to Genxt service center please dont miss his service. All u need is to contact him and he will take care of the rest.
