HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD IT?
Once Apple has confirmed that iOS 13 is released you simply need to head to Settings > General > Software Update.(Wi-Fi Should on)

Expect your iPhone to be out of action for a short while as these updates can take a few minutes to download and install.
